Instructions for electronic submission 2009

Note: Once an abstract has been submitted, it cannot be changed.

Electronic submissions must respect following criteria:

Symposia: Choose the one category that is most appropriate. Final assigment will be subjected to the decision of the program committee.

Podium or Poster Preference: The prefered method of presentation (podium or poster) should be noted. Final determination will be made by the programm committee.

Abstract accepted for podium presentation will be allocated 8 minutes for didactic presentation, followed by 4 minutes for discussion. All participants must respect the delays. Presentation options include overheader, diapo-projector and video-projector. All facilities will be provided.

Abstract accepted for poster presentation will be provided a panel for mounting their descriptive material. Details of panel size and layout will be provided at the time of acceptance. Presenting authors must be at their panel during the scheduled Poster Session listed in the Final Prgram and adhere to setup/tear-down instructions included in aceptance notification.
